10. Prices

The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed and accepted through checkout when the transaction is completed, subject to correction of obvious errors as permitted by applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, the applicable amount will be refunded according to the original transaction and payment method.

We may review unusually large orders or purchasing activity that appears to be intended primarily for unauthorized resale.

Pawkable may offer promotional codes, automatic discounts, multi-item offers, or other promotions from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions have no cash value and cannot be redeemed separately for cash.

We will not use this provision to retroactively remove a valid promotion from an otherwise properly completed order without a legitimate reason.

Pawkable currently offers free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders, subject to the destination and other conditions described in that policy.

Current standard estimates are:

Processing: 0–3 business days
Estimated shipping transit: 4–9 business days after processing and shipment

These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Please review our Shipping Policy for complete information about eligibility, tracking, address changes, delivery issues, lost packages, damaged shipments, and other shipping matters.

21. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an order has not entered fulfillment, we will make reasonable efforts to correct an address when contacted promptly.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

22. Returns and Refunds

Eligible purchases made directly through the Pawkable online store are covered by our 30-Day Free Return — No Questions Asked policy.

The return period begins on the date the carrier marks the applicable package as delivered.

Eligible U.S. returns under that policy include approved return shipping and no restocking fee.

23. Return Requests

A reason is not required for a standard eligible return submitted within the 30-day return period.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please tell us when contacting Pawkable so we can provide the most appropriate resolution.

24. Refunds

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

After an eligible returned product is received and reviewed, Pawkable normally processes the applicable refund within 3–5 business days.

Additional time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the refund becomes visible.

25. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to:

Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Shopify provides the ecommerce infrastructure used to operate portions of the Pawkable store, including checkout and other platform functionality.

Your use of Shopify-powered functionality may also be subject to applicable Shopify terms and privacy practices.

41. Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that policy and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

42. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and Services are provided on an "as available" basis except for warranties, rights, or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded.

Pawkable does not guarantee that:

The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Every technical error will be corrected immediately.
Every third-party service will remain continuously available.
Estimated delivery dates will always be met.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

43. Product Warranties and Consumer Rights

These Terms are not intended to eliminate any statutory warranty or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Our voluntary Return & Refund Policy operates in addition to rights that may otherwise apply under law.

This provision does not limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

45. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Pawkable is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where permitted by applicable law.

These circumstances may include:

Severe weather
Natural disasters
Carrier disruptions
Transportation interruptions
Internet or hosting outages
Cybersecurity incidents
Government actions
Labor disruptions
Other events beyond reasonable operational control

46. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services or your material violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws that properly apply to the relationship between Pawkable and the customer, without restricting consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

We have intentionally not designated an exclusive state or court in these Terms at this time.

Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law.

If you have a concern relating to an order or the Services, please contact Pawkable first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive any right to bring a claim in a court or forum where such a right otherwise applies.

53. Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

If a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection requirement, the mandatory legal requirement controls to the extent of the conflict.
